One of the most fun parts of the signage industry is seeing the exciting objects people want wrapped with vinyl graphics. We live in exciting times as state-of-the-art technology has allowed us to print just about any digital image on high-quality vinyl. To show you what we are talking about, here are some of the more unusual vinyl wraps that have been created and installed.
A Cool Donation
We designed this bar fridge wrap to be used as a donation by The Wraptastic4 at our very first Christmas Bazaar. The wrap created enormous interest, both to ticket buyers and visitors. If you look closely, you can see how they could work with the different contours of the appliance to present a uniform appearance.
GOLF CART WRAPS/BOAT WRAPS
In addition to wrapping trucks, vans, cars, and even boats, some people like to wrap the occasional golf cart or electric cart. Some are pretty souped-up, but even the most modest, barebones cart or boat can be wrapped—what an excellent gift for those who want to show off their personality.
The "Rock ‘N Roll" Wraps
Another common item that many famous music professionals personalize are their beloved guitars. There have been many completed bass guitar wraps that reflect the guitar player’s style and personality. The benefit of using vinyl here as a customization tool instead of stickers or paint we commonly see is that it can withstand wear and tear. This keeps the design fresh for the entire world tour and beyond.
If you want to add a little character to an otherwise drab feature of most front yards, put mailbox wraps to work for you. To make sure the vinyl conforms nicely to the shape of the mailbox, they apply the same material as used for vehicle wraps. And, to guard against fading caused by the sun, they may laminate the vinyl with UV protection. You can expect your mailbox wrap to last for up to five years or more. Most requests for mailbox wraps are from people who want an affordable gift for a friend, neighbour, or family member who has everything.
You can Really Wrap Almost Anything
If it has a reasonably nonporous surface, you can apply vinyl wraps to it. These days, it is crucial that you build your brand awareness and utilize all of your available marketing space if you want to drive your sales. Vinyl graphics are an excellent, cost-effective way to do this. No project is too big or too small for our friendly experts.
Over the years we have seen some awesome specialty wrap projects for various friends and businesses. Some that we think of quickly are utility box wraps, beer keg wraps, snow/skate board wraps, helmets, elevators, walls signage and more.
