Comedy In Collingwood
Makers of mirth take the mic at a couple of cool spots around the Barrie area.
The Georgian Bay Comedy Fest hits Wasaga Beach and Collingwood on Friday and Saturday.
Featuring a killer lineup of comics from across the country, there are shows at the Beacon restaurant in Wasaga and the Collingwood Brewery.

Hit The Drive-In
Sunset Drive In has opened their doors to movie lovers for the season.
Although this weekend isn’t exactly prime weather, it’s still a great night out. Particularly if you want to see a movie, but stay in your comfy PJs.

Trivia And Tunes @ The Queens
If you are too impatient for Friday to arrive, kick off the weekend early at the Queens tonight and try your hand at trivia.
Beginning at 7, it’s a chance to show off your useless knowledge skills, and earn eternal (or at least nightly) bragging rights as a quiz master.
As always, there is plenty of live music through the weekend at the Q. Girlz Up Front take the stage on Friday, with Bottoms Up in for Saturday.
And if you just don’t want the night to end, step over to the club side after 10pm. with DJs on the decks and more drink specials to be had.
