Ya know what makes life livable?

Ice cream.

Also bacon. Bacon ON ice cream.

Oh, and Poutine. And wine…whisky. The Office reruns. Wine. Anything written by Christopher Nolan. Wine.  Preferably all at once!

And things that are FREE.

With all of that in mind, we present the Freebie: A weekly guide to events in Barrie that require zero money.

The Ghost Bus is back for its 5th annual tour of the City’s community centres bringing FREE Halloween fun for everyone! In addition to the ghost bus, each location will offer an array of Halloween themed activities that are fun for all ages (certain activities will only run while supplies last).

Parents are encouraged to use their discretion when deciding whether or not to enter the ghost bus with their children. The bus is on the softer side of a typical haunted house but may be too spooky for some participants.

The bus will remain stationary all night so participants may drop in anytime during the event. While costumes are not necessary they are encouraged!
