YOUR GUIDE TO FREE EVENTS IN BARRIE

Ya know what makes life livable?

Pizza.

Also bacon.

Oh, and Poutine. And wine…whisky. Simpsons reruns. Wine. Anything written by Neil Gaiman. Wine.  Preferably all at once!

And things that are FREE.

With all of that in mind, we present the Freebie: A weekly guide to events in Barrie that require zero money.

Barrie is getting another community garden! We invite you to help shovel soil into the plots at 1 pm on Saturday, October 5th at Eastview Park. This garden is unique in that it will have a mixture of individual plots and shared space. The communal space will be shared by the Barrie East End Household Association.

Simply show up at 1 pm at Eastview Park on Saturday, October 5th. Bring a shovel and/or wheelbarrow if you have one, but there will be some provided.

And if you have any sans money events coming up, let us know! We’re happy to talk it up for you.
