The gang at Redline are hosting a Father’s Day beer tasting, in support of the Ontario OSPCA. You can grab tickets online, gather around the laptop, learn something, and sip some suds for a great cause. Be sure to pick up your bevvy of choice a few days in advance.

Code Ninjas are offering FREE online video game building session all weekend. Fathers and kids can build a very cool game together then play it for real. But you have to supply your own Pizza Pockets.

 

Father’s Day Virtual Beer Pairing!

Are you sensing a (delicious) pattern in this week’s events? J’adore is offering up a Beer tasting event to celebrate Dad on Thursday.

In partnership with Couchching Brewery, a new brewhouse in Orillia.

The three beers featured will be paired with gourmet cheese and a selection of meats. But you do need to pick up your tasting box from J’adore by Wednesday.

Hit The Farmer’s Market

Among the most exciting re-openings to be announced this week was the Farmer’s Market. They are back in their usual place to offer farm fresh, locally made amaze-balls treats and gifts. Vendors will be set up in the City Hall parking lot from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturday.

There is plenty of free, on-street parking around City Hall.
