Barrie Concerts This Week: Sep. 16th
THE FOXX LOUNGE666 might mean bad luck in some quarters…but in Barrie it means lit and loud. A trio of talent hit the stage for 666 Thursdays, headlined by The Classy Wrecks. They’re ripping through the area in support of their debut EP Bedrocksteady (and in support of some cool new merch) It’s been a hot summer for the Wrecks, with loads of shows and festival gigs. Hubbard’s Hustlers and The Dirty Bruh are on hand for support.
TROUBADOUR FESTIVALOh yeah…there’s this thing called the Troubadour festival kicking off on Friday. Basically, if it’s a joint in downtown that features live music, you can expect a Troubadour gig to crop up. TONS OF SHOWS. Including Bedouin Soundclash, Matt Anderson, Cowboy Junkies and great local performers like The Noolands and B Knox. Mavricks, The Foxx, Homestead Artisan Bakery and Donaleigh’s are among the host venues for the artists. And hit up our podcast to hear more about how this music gala came together.
