When you’re game for going out, the city by the Lake is guaranteed to have a gig for you every week. Whether you’re craving an alt rock blowout, an intimate jazz ensemble or a laid back acoustic set, Thursday through Saturday in Barrie are jammed with jams from local talent and edgy bands from across the region.

Friday – DAN MANGAN DAN MANGAN is a two-time JUNO award-winning & Polaris Music Prize listed musician & songwriter. 2018 brings Dan’s 5th full length More or Less, an album about witnessing birth, & in some ways rebirth.
Aside from his own recordings, Dan has scored a feature film (starring Simon Pegg) as well as TV series for Netflix & AMC and has infrequently been a contributing writer for several international publications. Dan has toured extensively in North America, Europe and Australia.
