MOTIVATION THROUGH MOVEMENT - Mac Tire Ban Martial Arts

How would you like to study martial arts in a semi-private  setting within a community that works towards bettering the body, bettering the mind and bettering the spirit through martial arts?

Martial arts are an incredible form of self defense fitness that promotes self-control, focus, respect and confidence.  Whether you’re three or sixty years old these are great abilities to continously work on.

I discussed the programs available at Mac Tire Ban Martial Arts with Sensie Nicole Welsh.  The decision to have the smaller, more intimate class sizes has given much more personalized attention to each student.  Whenever possible, the Sensies like to take their classes outdoors into a more realistic practise environment.  Doing so in the smaller classes also allows a more tailored learning experience.  This really stops anyone from falling through the cracks.

Even though the classes are  taught in the Bolton home, it’s a very professional Dojo.  The Dojo motto says it all:                                   “Motivation through Movement.”

The family offers a very holistic approach with their curriculum which benefits mental and physical character building traits.  The styles of martial arts currently taught are Kempo Karate grappling and self defense.  However, the family has a very strong belief in family values and stresses that they have fitness classes in other disciplines as well.  At present they’re offering Cardio Kickboxing and Jungshin Fitness.

The Dojo is also the home of Ladies Performing Fan Team, which is a creative martial arts team using folding fans with martial movement.  If that’s not yet tickling your fancy ladies, you can also sign up for Cairo’s Jewels Belly Dance lessons!  One way or another the Bolton Family will truly help you find “Motivation through Movement.”

THE DOJO CHANT SAYS IT ALL:

Move to better the body!

Move to better the mind!

Move to better the spirit!

One student at a time.
