Some call it magic while others simply call it water.  However – water is truly magical!

    The Healthiest of Habits...

Drinking enough water and staying hydrated is one of the hardest but healthiest habits that we should be continuously working on.

More than 75% of the human body is water…making it truly essential.

Just think of what you need to survive; air, water and food being the top three with water coming in at number two…pretty important right?

    Start at a Young Age!

Many people need daily reminders to drink enough water.  Parents of young children are often heard to say, “Not juice or milk right now – have some water.”

Teaching the importance of water at a young age is super important.  Lots of other choices may have more attractive tastes to children, but drinking water as water is a very important lesson to learn.

    Here's How it Helps:

Drinking water helps to increase our energy and relieves fatigue.

It is also extremely important to our digestive system.  Our bowels need water to work properly.  Without enough water it’s possible to have digestion problems, constipation and too much gut acid.  This could lead to possible heartburn and the chance of stomach ulcers.

Drinking enough water also helps to reduce joint pain. Cartilage, found in joints and the disks of the spine, contains around 80 percent water. Long-term dehydration can reduce the joints’ shock-absorbing ability, leading to pain.

Some people are just like little micro-furnaces.  Drinking enough water will help to regulate body temperature – Water that is stored in the middle layers of the skin comes to the skin’s surface as sweat when the body heats up. As it evaporates, it cools the body.

    And ...

This magical substance also flushes toxins from the body’s systems which are essential for the kidneys being able to regulate; it flushes out waste product and reduces risks of both Urinary Tract Infections and kidney stones.

Ridding the body of the toxins and staying well hydrated also contributes to healthy, smooth skin.

Water helps dissolve minerals and nutrients, making them more accessible to the body.  This in turn helps us absorb nutrients and assists in with maintaining healthy blood pressure and heart health among others.

    Even More Info...

Even our respiration system needs to be properly hydrated.   When we’re dehydrated, airways are restricted by the body in an effort to minimize water loss. This can make asthma and allergies worse.

Another reason that water is so important is that when we think we’re hungry – we’re actually dehydrated and our body is asking for replenishing.  So we’re not hungry but thirsty – drinking water instead of snacking especially before a meal makes your stomach feel fuller and you’ll maintain a better weight.

H2O, as water is also known is a main component of saliva which includes small amounts of electrolytes, mucus, and enzymes.   This is essential for breaking down solid food and keeping your mouth healthy.

Last, but not least… drinking water can really help reduce the effects of a hangover as they are partly caused by dehydration.

    Meet the Teacher...

Teaching the importance of water is what Alkaline John does best.  He takes the science of water and how it works within our bodies to a molecular level.  After doing extensive research on the alkalinity of various sources of water, he realized that the quality of the water we drink is as important as just drinking it.

Take a moment and find out more – send John an email today…

His research led him to Kangen Water Systems and the rest was history!

    Introducing Kangen

The Kangen system has the ability to change the molecular structure of water to match the job its doing.  If you’re busy cleaning the system can change the level of alkalinity to assist with that.  It can increase alkalinity for better skin care as well as hydration abilities.

There’s so much to learn about water that many of us simply don’t know, and Alkaline John is a great source of information!

Give him a call – learn even more about water – you’ll be glad you did!
