To say Rob Black of BRD motorsports is a bike enthusiast… is a bit of an understatement. He owns 30 motorcycles. And when he talks about the modifications he makes to bikes, you can hear he loves his work. We toured his shop in Orillia where we saw first-hand the choppers he has finished, including a 1975 Harley.
It takes up to eight months for Rob to restore and modify these bikes to their, well not former glory but definitely pristine condition and better than before. The time is taken is to make sure all parts have been procured, work on the bike and all go through rigorous safety testing. So when you get your bike you can ride it in complete confidence.
BRD Motorsports began with owner Rob Black’s passion for motocross racing as a teen. In the years following, his enthusiasm expanded to racing stock cars in the mid-1980s. Since then he has dedicated his passion, and his life’s work to the motorsports industry. Founded in 2008, it has grown mainly through word of mouth. A tribute to Rob’s excellent work and customer service.
When you get your bike back it is painted and ready to go! If you need a special design or custom paint job, no problem. One design was carried out by the well-known artist at The Wizard Custom Paint.
So if you are motorbike enthusiast on the hunt for something special, get in touch with BRD Motorsports! Rob and his team are ready to roll.
