Simcoe County Rovers remain at home for Week 4 matches

The Rovers kick off their fourth week of League1 Ontario action this weekend.

The women’s club has displayed sheer dominance since opening night. Further, the team remains undefeated with a 3-0 record, outscoring the opposition 8-1. This Saturday, the Rovers welcome North Toronto Nitros to J.C. Massie Field. Game time is at 4 pm.

Cloey Uddenberg leads the offensive charge for the Rovers with two goals in three games. But the real MVP to date goes to goalkeeper Yazmeen Jamieson, who’s conceded just one goal across three contests.

On the men’s side of the pitch, the team looks to rebound after suffering the franchise’s first defeat 2-0 on May 7 to Alliance United FC.

Moreover, the team sits at 1-1-1 in the Men’s Premier standings. This Saturday at 7 pm, the Rovers welcome undefeated Darby FC (2-0-1) to Georgian College in the hopes of returning to the win column.

Support your Rovers this Saturday, May 14th at J.C. Massie Field ✅
