Simcoe County Rovers FC adds Janine Beckie as a new co-owner

Soccer fans, rejoice! Canadian soccer star and gold medalist Janine Beckie joins the Simcoe County Rovers as a minority owner. Beckie is a phenomenal ambassador for both women’s and Canadian soccer.

The Rovers play in League1 Ontario, the third division of Canada’s football system. Additionally, the newly founded, locally-based pro football club continues to make waves, adding Beckie to a strong ownership core that includes fellow national teammates Cyle Larin and Doneil Henry. Unquestionably, Beckie is one of the most decorated Canadian soccer stars of all time!

Absolutely delighted to join @RoversFC_L1O as minority owner!
