Great Location West Of The 400
We go west of the 400 this week for our Property of the Week. The house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto the protected area of Ardagh Bluffs. You can look out your back window, and you will see no houses backing onto your home. Read on to know why we chose this property for this week.
The layout is open planned and large with nine-foot ceilings and hardwood floors. The home has been well decorated and maintained so you can move in straight away.
The living area has large windows for great light and view to the Ardagh Bluffs. You can have a coffee in hand and enjoy the view on a cold day.
It has a large kitchen with a big eating area; you could get a lot bigger table if you wanted. Great for dinner parties where you can retreat to the kitchen as most parties do and have a natter.
The lower level has a lovely and spacious one-bedroom apartment with laundry, kitchen and private patio. It has a room dedicated to a well-equipped gym to give you an idea of the size (see Realtor’s site for picture).
This Is What We Loved
So this is what caught our eye this week, no not the pictures above. Not that they are bad, you have a lovely winter scene. It what it transforms to in the summer, see below.
You can relax on the patio, or cross the small bridge and sit by the pond. Looking at the bottom right picture, I can imagine it in a movie. Sitting in rocking chairs with you old faithful mutt at your feet. A pipe stuck in your mouth and a glass of moonshine in your hands, sorry strange imagination! Meanwhile, the garden would be an excellent place for a BBQ with friends. Or sit and relax with a glass of wine and enjoy the view, you knew we would get that in!
